Mike Putnam

Mike is an experienced business leader with deep experience in entrepreneurship, innovation and the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire.
At MARKEM Corporation, a major employer in Keene (and now around the world) he developed innovative technologies like Extranets and RFID, helping the 100+ year-old company stay competitive.
Mike has also served on the boards of the Monadnock Broadband Initiative, Antioch New England and the Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network. After a career in mobile software working with companies like TripAdvisor and Amwell, in 2020 Mike shifted his focus to climate and renewable energy.
He has invested in more than 70 climate tech companies through My Climate Journey, served as Chief Product Officer at Future, and through his work at EnergySage, helped consumers adopt home electrification technologies including solar, batteries, heat pumps and EV chargers.
Mike holds a BS from Stanford, an MBA from Dartmouth, and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
Brian Levy
Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Brian is a solar energy professional with extensive experience in developing and managing projects that benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) households.
He has led or supported over 7MW of solar projects, including properties drawing on the Low Income Housing Tax Credit and community solar initiatives providing no-cost power to LMI households.
His expertise spans technical, financial, legal, and policy aspects of solar development, as well as project feasibility and management.
Previously, Brian worked on energy efficiency initiatives for low-income households at the DC Sustainable Energy Utility and supported the Weatherization Assistance Program at the Department of Energy, scaling up funding and launching innovation pilots. Earlier in his career, he focused on agricultural development in Madagascar and Morocco, designing and implementing investment projects with the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
Brian holds an MPP in economic development from Harvard Kennedy School and a BS in International Relations from Carleton College.
